文鑫 副教授

个人简介

文鑫,永利集团副教授,理学博士,博士研究生导师,海南省D类高层次人才。从事南海鱼类遗传与育种的研究工作,研究方向为经济鱼类的人工繁育、基因组选择育种、经济性状的遗传解析。主持国家自然科学青年基金项目1项、国家重点研发项目子课题1项、海南省重点研发项目1项、海南省自然科学青年基金1项、永利集团协同创新中心科研项目1项、永利集团科研启动基金项目1项。先后参与国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金项目、海南省重大科技计划项目、海南省重点研发计划等课题6项。参与完成石斑鱼人工繁育、石斑鱼雌核生殖育种、石斑鱼多倍体育种、黄颡鱼杂交育种、暗纹东方鲀抗寒育种等多项工作。第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI学术论文13篇,获授权发明专利1项。

学术成果

从事经济鱼类遗传与育种的研究,成果应用于生产并推动相关产业的发展。主要的创新成果如下:

1.聚焦鱼类衍变过程中基因组变化的内在联系,探讨其环境适应性进化的潜在规律,揭示鱼类应对负面环境的调控机制,为创制鱼类优良品种提供基础资料。

2.探索礁栖鱼类的不同体色形成规律,全面解析鳃棘鲈属豹纹鳃棘鲈基因组信息,为开展豹纹鳃棘鲈体色全基因组选育提供基础资料。

3.突破世界濒危物种波纹唇鱼生殖调控和规模化人工繁育技术,获院士专家组鉴定“国际领先成果”;全球首次获得人工雌核生殖石斑鱼优良家系及异源多倍体石斑鱼群体,显著提高育种效率。
