个人简介

厦门大学海洋生物学博士,海南省其他类高层次人才。博士期间主要从事三方面的研究:1、鲍的种内、种间的群体选育和家系构建,以及基于多家系混合群的皱纹盘鲍耐高温基因组选择(GS)育种;2、基于心率、附着能力、死亡率等指标开发鲍耐高温高通量精准测评方法,完善“幼体-稚贝-成体”的耐高温测评体系;3、利用全基因组关联分析(GWAS)、表达趋势分析、加权基因共表达网络分析(WGCNA)等方法,结合短期、中期、长期的高温胁迫对耐高温性状的分子机制进行解析。曾先后参与国家重点研发计划“鲍、螺抗逆及高产种质创制和规模化制种”、海峡两岸科技合作联合基金“鲍耐高温杂种优势的分子机制研究”、福建省科技计划引导性项目“基于全基因组信息耐高温鲍良种的培育”等项目。发表论文20余篇,其中SCI论文15篇。
